SIIIOCULI | City Desk

Most FiveM roleplay servers give you a job list, a bank UI, and call it a day. SXAH Universe — the GTA RP server built under LILXBRXAKER INC — did the opposite. It rebuilt Los Santos as a real city, with a real treasury, a real mayor, and a real economy that a player can actually break.

And that changes what “best server” even means.

A City That Actually Has Money (and Can Lose It)

Every other RP server treats the city as a background prop. SXAH Universe treats it as a full character.

  • The city runs on cityTaxBooks, a pdBudget, and a Sovereign Wealth Fund that compounds interest every in-game day.
  • A progressive wealth tax (up to 6.5% annually on trillionaire bracket) skims the ultra-rich to fund public services.
  • Whale transactions over a threshold pay an automatic surcharge into the treasury. Fair or ruthless, the code doesn’t care — it just collects.
  • National debt is a real number tied to real austerity effects: emergency prices go up on vice, tickets, and licenses until it’s paid down.

This isn’t a HUD number. Pay the national debt as mayor and the crime rate drops on the next tick. The whole city breathes differently.

A Mayor Who Actually Governs

Most servers “let you be mayor.” SXAH Universe hands you a working City Hall app on your in-game phone with six tabs: Race, Office, Programs, Treasury, City AI, Bot Mayor.

What the mayor can actually do:

  • Fund a Jobs Program — pay per hour from the treasury (or your own bank if the city is dry) to lift NPC employment by up to +18% and cut the crime rate by up to −14 points while active.
  • Set a Transit Subsidy — Basic (35% off) or Deep (60% off) fares on every yellow cab, bodyguard pickup, and helicopter taxi in the city.
  • Pay national debt — with an immediate, visible drop in street tension and a “City Pulse” news broadcast the second it clears.
  • Set policy — Tough, Balanced, Soft, Pro-business, Extractive, or Corrupt. Each one visibly rewires business costs, PD reach, and crime decay.
  • Toggle safety cameras, respond to LEO crisis queues, answer grieving families, or skim the PD budget (integrity risk — get caught and you eat the ban).

The seat has term limits. Corruption gets you kicked. And if no player is on the throne, a Bot Mayor takes over with real agendas, real integrity risk, and real legacy scores you can challenge from the Race tab.

The First RP Server Where NPCs Have Jobs

NPCs on SXAH Universe don’t just wander around waiting to get robbed. They belong to sectors — services, culture, transit, retail, logistics — and every economic tick, a fraction of them show up to work, get paid a wage, pay income tax, and consume goods that pay sales tax.

That tax stream splits four ways: - PD budget — the city’s police - cityTaxBooks — general treasury - Sovereign Wealth Fund — long-term growth - National debt paydown — direct principal chip

Kill a working NPC? The city loses a worker. Wreck a commercial vehicle? The freight sector loses a truck. Both hurt the economy — permanently, until an immigration wave (every two in-game years) refills the population and injects a tourist consumption boost.

You are not just playing in Los Santos. You are affecting it.

A Bank App That’s Actually a Bank

The Nexora app on the in-game phone isn’t a menu — it’s a full retail banking interface. Loans, mortgages, credit scores tied to payment discipline, wealth-scaled interest rates, corporate accounts for storefronts.

If you own the bank (yes, you can), you get a completely separate management overlay with fee structures, freeze controls, deposit rates, and a live P&L.

An Estate App That’s Actually Real Estate

The Estates app is a proper property manager, not a purchase list. Four tabs:

  • Portfolio — every unit you own as a card, with condition + occupancy bars, income vs upkeep, net-per-hour and net-per-day math, one-tap Maintain (with the price shown), Enter, and a Live/Rent-out toggle.
  • Market — filterable, searchable catalog with ROI% badges so you can tell which listing actually earns money vs which is vanity.
  • Cash flow — portfolio-wide P&L, best/worst performer, mass-maintain button.
  • How it works — a plain-English real estate 101 baked into the app.

Tenants leave when condition drops below 60%. Rich neighborhoods pay more but crime tanks safety. Freight shortages spike upkeep. It’s not window dressing — it’s a game.

A Stock Market That Reflects the Server

The in-game markets aren’t scripted price wiggles. They’re driven by live city signals: city health, crime rate, wealth concentration, media pressure, sovereign risk, and even a “corporate war” score tied to Nexora’s stock. News shocks flow through the same pipeline — pay the debt, watch the tickers react.

Your portfolio moves because the world moved. That’s rare in RP.

Weapons, Cars, and Lawsuits That Have Weight

  • Ammo and weapon parts are finite. Non-rich players stay strategic — a single mag actually matters. Rich players can customize (components, tints, mods) for real money.
  • Vehicles wear out. Tires burst on crashes. Oil changes matter. Cars can become undrivable and require a /tow.
  • Wealthy players get sued more. Lawsuit frequency and judgment size scale with net worth. Fight it yourself, or retain the Vinewood Legal Team with autoDefend.
  • A Player-Run Black Market lets rich players list guns, parts, and paint for NPC/other-player orders driven by city inequality and crime.
  • Concierge Delivery — when a dealership or shop closes due to a crime spike or federal occupation, billionaires can bypass the closure via private import at a markup. Wealth actually feels like wealth.

A Phone That Feels Native

The in-game phone got a full UI overhaul this month. Categorized app groups (Money / Wheels / Life / Social), on-home-screen app search, an overlay filter on Garage/Shops/Dealership, a Notification Center that catches every non-critical alert (no more spam over your map), and a redesigned compact home that shows all your apps without endless scrolling.

Every app follows the same rule: native app feel, no scrollbars, no web-page energy.

Real Politics on a Real Website

SXAH Universe isn’t just the game. It’s linked to sxahgovernment.lilxbrxaker.com — a full Decidim government platform where actual online votes influence in-game City Hall. A Bot Mayor posts daily on the forum, civilians reply, and the whole conversation is powered by cloud AI (currently NVIDIA Nemotron 30B via OpenRouter) so no two mayoral statements sound the same.

You can also check live server stats publicly at lilxbrxaker.com/gta-live.html — city treasury, national debt, crime rate, NPC economy activity, mayor status — updated in real time. Free for everyone, subscriber or not.

The Whole Point

Every other GTA RP server asks: how do we entertain you for a session?

SXAH Universe asks: how do we build a place worth returning to for years?

That means the systems have to interlock. The mayor’s programs move the crime rate. The crime rate moves NPC employment. NPC employment moves tax receipts. Tax receipts move the treasury. The treasury moves market signals. The markets move your portfolio. Your portfolio moves your influence. Your influence moves the seat. The seat moves the mayor’s programs.

It’s a loop. And once you play inside it, the “job list + bank UI” servers start looking like flat cardboard.

SXAH Universe is the GTA RP server where the city is the main character.

That’s why it’s the best.
